Finally a proud 4x4 owner

Evening all.
I have just purchased a 2010 3.0 D-4D tuna and loving it. I have also got my hands on a Howling Moon tourer rtt. Any advice on how to / how not to mount it on the rails? I'm looking forward to many adventurous kms. Thanks.

Welcome; I think Frontrunner makes a roof rack that fits on the OEM rails itself. You should then be able to mount the tent on that rack with front runner mounting brackets. I am not to sure of the weight capabilities of the OEM rails and if it would be able to carry the tent and people sleeping inside. I know Cobus has this type of roof rack, maybe he can help you more.
