Quick update, my friend is going to be credited by the bank for the installments for the Nissan bakkie. The bank has traced the bakkie and are going to reposes the bakkie. My friend will need to identify the Nissan as his bakkie. He will then be given the option to keep the Nissan or sell. The Hilux that he bought after "trading" the Nissan he can pull out of at no cost to him as it was sold fraudulantly to him. This is finaced by another bank that did not verify that the previous bakkie was settled. He has to decide now what he wants to do....... At least he has some light at the end of this tunnel!!!

I thought things were too good to be true, they are still trying to trace the Nissan bakkie. It was sold to cash buyer and they are trying to follow the paper trail. With all the fraud that went down at this dealership, quite a huge task......no real paper trail to speak of!

This dealer has huge problems, he sold 8 Quantams to a very well known gang here in Western Cape and they have been reposesed!!!!!

I would not like to be in his shoes at moment.
