Winch Advise

Hey guys
looking at fitting a winch on my FT
What can you guys recommend?
I've got the standard bumper and dont intend on fitting the aftermarket ones

Personally I am not a winch fan, most of the times I have seeing guys using their winches to pull other guys, mostly idiots out of a situation. Ive tour and done many trips on my own and never had the use for a winch.
Should you go for one, make sure you get a synthetic rope as the steel cable is heavy and puts more pressure on your front suspension.

I have a new in the box 12,000 lb BadLand with wireless remote. Steel cable but can be replaced with synthetic.
