Auto gearbox alternative 3L diesel

HI
Is there a replacement auto gearbox for the 3L diesel 2011 automatic Fortuner. I do not like the gear ratios and just wonder if anybody have replaced if possible the standard gearbox with a aftermarket auto gearbox?

I have the 4x4. I experience the the gearbox to jump between gears and the ratio between 3rd and 4th is to wide. I would like to fit a 5speed or even better a 6speed.

You would be better off buying a stick shift Fortuner.
Fitting a other box is a lot of work and money. They car will never be the same and it will damage the resale of the Fortuner. I would rather trade it in on a model that better lends itself to you.

Agree, there might be options but its going to me silly expensive.... rather buy a manual or swap the motor and gearbox with a 4.3 Lexus V8 - they come in 5 and 6 speed auto boxes
