New 2018 Fortuner Fuel Consumption on the 2.8 GD6

Hi All

Could you guys with the new Fortuner please share your fuel consumption in Km/L please?

I have a new one and just want to find out if consumption improves over time.

I am currently getting 6.5km/L in town and have only done 350km so far.

Thanks !

I took it back to the dealer today to calibrate it again. They basically connect the computer to it and relearn electronics. But doesn't look like it made a difference.

On the open road I managed to get 11.5km/L.

Also heard a lot of people saying that they got better fuel consumption in old Hilux compared to the GD-6.

That is very bad.

I have the manual, in town it is around 10 to 11 km/L and on the open road it goes up to 11.5-13.8km/l. Much better than my D4D

Is this according to the computer or yourself?
