Which tyre? And shocks question

I have a 2013 Fortuner 4x2

Vehicle has just over 130k.
Tyres need replacement - Current set did around 90000km

Had a shock test done as well at two different places. (On those proper testing machines)

Both test show rear shocks worn out.
Both Front shocks still showing excellent.

Toyota will change rear under extended warranty at no charge.
Just worried about the front - as I have never changed the shocks. Toyota will not change as the tests show the shocks in good order.
Little concerned about this due to milage!

Tyre options 265/65 17 inch
Nexen - R1450 a tyre
Bridgestone Dueler AT3 - R1700 (on special)
Pirelli Scorpion - R1850

Almost 95% driving on tar roads.
I need a recommendation on tyres and shocks.

Ahmed what I have heard about the Pirelli's are they, very soft and you not gonna get much mileage from them. They have excellent grip thou but with that not much kilo's on them.
Nexen don't know them.
Bridgestones not heard any negatives about them.

Decisions decisions....

Having previously had a LR Defender 110 V8 and achieved over 70,000 miles with a set of BFG ATs, I decided to put a set of the same on my Fortuna. Very pleased with the results especially in wet weather. Driven sensibly they offer good grip in seemingly all weather and conditions together with good durability.
