2006 fortuner 4x4 replacement shocks

I'm looking to change my shock absorbers on my fortuner and would like to get some recommendations. I don't do offroading I just drive on tar roads and gravel roads every now and then

What shocks would you recommend?
What's the price?
Where can I buy them?
Where should I got to get them installed for a fair price around the east rand?

The dealer quoted me R2300 for both front and rear so anything around that price range would be ok.
