Fortuner 2.8 Disc and brakepad problems

I purchased a 2.8 4x4 auto with 34 000 km on the clock (now with 60 000 km on the clock) Toyota is still struggling to fix a shutter on the brake system since I bought it. They've already replaced the pads and disc without any success. Any suggestions/comments from owners with similar problems please???

If they're replaced discs and pads, it is "unlikely" to be brakes (depends on what they've replaced them with). If it's more of a wobble when coming to a stop, do yourself a favour and have you control arm bushes checked. Different vehicle I know, but that's what mine ended up being.
If you bought the vehicle from someone who lived around a lot of speed bumps, it's quite possible.
