Strange wire in main fuse box

Hi all,

Can anyone help me to identify the thin white and black wire in my main fuse box of my 2009 fortuner.

Tested it, doesn't carry any current........

Is there really no one that can help identify this wire?

Why do you need to know what the wire does?

Hi Erik,

2 reasons. 1. I'm a bit OCD, so don't like wires just hanging around that i don't know what they do.
2. I was hoping it would be the alarm systems "reception" wire. Iv'e been having issues with the range of the transmitter key, and hoped that if someone can identify this wire, i might be able to route it in a better way as to help extend the range of the alarm system.
