Wash & Polish

We all love our FT's, so have 3 questions;
1. How often do you wash your car?
2. How often do you polish your car?
3. What polish do you use?

I wash mine when it is dirty, but at least once a week.
Have it polished at the car wash once in awhile...dont know what polish they use.

I have a paint brush in the FT that I use to always dust the dash and little nooks and crannies in the vehicle.
The FT likes collecting dust on the dashboard.
Nothing is forever..... good or bad.

I wash mine once a week, at the local carwash.

Polish every second month myself with good wax polish.

My FT gets a propper wash at least one every week at the car wash. Then a full Valet every 3 or so months.
I use Mothers polish. That is the polish that Chip Foose use on Overhaulin...... The best.

Not nice to feel guilty so early in the morning! I wash mine about twice a month, and after 3 years it still awaits a proper all-over polish. (White is a very forgiving colour..... :oops: )

Hi A panelbeater said I should polish my vehicle three times at roughly monthly intervals which I have now done. In between he says just rinse with water and dry. He said definitely not to use soap. He says all soap does is strip off the polish you painstakingly applied.. I must say my ft looks new, and it is 2016 with 72000 km. I think he is right. He actually gave me polish, so I can't tell you what brand it is. When that's finish I use Maguires, I believe it is good. As they say 1000 Indians can't be wrong.
