Vic Falls the final leg of the trip

I am actually back home in Cape Town after driving my Fortuner 7500km thought Namibia, Botswana into Victoria Falls and back again. It was an amazing trip and it ended in Victoria falls at a placed called Chundu Island which is located on the Zambezi river in the Zambezi National Park. The camp is run by a friend of mine and it was a really nice place. I had a chance to take more images do some tiger fishing and add to my bird list.

Here are a few images

One things that also stood out for me was the way the Fortuner performed all the way. The only problem that I had was a rear window did not want to go up but after turning the vehicle off and on again it seem to work no problem. I was also pulling a trailer the entire trip which did not phase the 3L Diesel engine and my fuel consumption was just under 10l per 100km driving on average 110km/h. It was also amazing to see how many fortuners were on the road throughout my trip in in Zim I spotted a Fortuner.

So that was it for images until I go to Central Kalahari in November :)
